Traditions that have contributed to the “art of living”and to the maintenance of peace and coexistence since time immemorial. We must therefore maintain them as fundamental pillars of the well-being of society, preserving and continually renewing them.

As Relais & Châteaux, we are artisans of hospitality and catering, heirs to the cultural history of hospitality and world cuisines, and we choose to remain faithful to our mission: to preserve and transmit the wonderful particularities of each cuisine, as well as to remember every day, through our know-how, that humanity always expresses itself and reinvents itself by sharing beauty and quality.
