What is needed?

To check in, the following is required:

A valid physical identification document such as a DNI, passport or residence permit

A physical credit card. This is used as a guarantee and no charge is made. This is required even if the reservation has been fully prepaid

A home address including number, street, city and postal code

An email address

Why is it needed?

These data are requested in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary and information registration obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities.
