Won #16 in the latest edition of "The World's 50 Best Bars"

Salmon Guru, led by Argentine bartender Diego Cabrera, began a new cycle in 2024, after its re-foundation in May 2023. Inspired by the life cycle of salmon, the idea of "Reset" seeks to take the bar to new extremes, renewing itself after overcoming adversity. This space, on Echegaray Street, combines creative cocktails, food and a rock & roll atmosphere, remaining in 16th place on The World's 50 Best Bars.
