"Abarra", the name of the restaurant, comes from an ancient tool in Basque used in Guipúzcoa and Navarra, which symbolizes the connection with the products of the land and the transport of ancestral wisdom. The tool consists of two parts: one that hooks or pulls, and another that supports the weight. This concept is reflected in the union of the restaurant's dining room and kitchen, always seeking perfection and excellence.
