The restaurant offers recipes that, although they seem simple, hide sophistication and, in some cases, a touch of hedonism. Its proposal focuses on a wide variety of meats (beef, ox, pork, lamb, game, poultry) prepared in various ways: charcuterie, pickled, fried, grilled, roasted, cured, raw, marinated, steamed, salted or in their juices. Vegetables, legumes, mushrooms and fruits also play a prominent role on the menu.
