Sen Omakase offers an immersion in Japan through its art, culture and gastronomy. Its omakase menu, served in four different rooms, combines sushi and Kaiseki cuisine. Steven Wu fuses local products with Japanese ingredients in a concept designed, cooked and presented by himself. The proposal respects tradition and seasonality, valuing each change of season and highlighting it in its preparations.
