Restaurant
Haroma by Mario Sandoval (awarded with 2 Michelin Stars) is at the forefront of this gastronomic experience as executive chef of Heritage Hotel to provide all of his savoir faire that reflects his passion for the best raw goods, recuperating traditional flavors with the most avant garde techniques, and respecting and heightening the taste of every ingredient and every plate to create a sophisticated, exquisite, and modern menu which brings diners the pleasure of fine gastronomy. The restaurant is found at street level and adorned by sizeable picture windows that floods the space with abundant natural light all day around.

Terrace Bar
Hidden from view and flanked by two singular exterior terraces on the 7th floor, it is the idyllic place to taste a delicious cocktail in an intimate and relaxed environment. Each of the terraces are open spaces filled with fresh flowers and plants; both are presided by two 19th centuries french coquette fountains that accompany the relaxing sound of running water. The railings are original from the time of the buildings construction with a sinuosity that evokes the 1920’s.

The hidden corner of the Heritage Hotel, a beautiful space with a shower, sun loungers and a chill-out area that offers an impressive view of the rooftops of Madrid where you can delight without being seen.
